Post-Execution Ratification of Contracts: The board voted to ratify all contracts currently pending on this month’s post-execution ratification list, as shown above, including contract with the Michigan Public Health Institute to help reduce and eliminate Covid-19 inequities in Ottawa County.

FY 2022 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Application: The Board approved the FY 2022 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) program application.

Summary:

Sheriff's Office is seeking to utilize the $48,101.00 of the FY 2022 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) program funds to purchase automated external defibrillators and Marine Department dive suits.
