Early Voting Update: Clerk Roebuck gave the Board an update on the early voting plan, including the locations of the four voting locations, as shown above.

Department of Equalization 2023 Annual Report: The Board received for information the Department of Equalization 2023 Annual Report.

Lakeshore Regional Entity Substance Use Disorder Oversight Policy Board: The Board approved Richard Kanten and David Parnin to fill two (2) Member vacancies beginning January 1, 2024 and ending December 31, 2025.

County Policy on Policies: The Board approved on final reading the County Policy on Policies. The only changes were to reduce the voting threshold on suspending policies to a majority vote, as stipulated in state law, and to review policies at least every four years instead of two, to reflect the change in commissioner terms from two to four years.

State of the County: Board Chair Moss gave a State of the County address, highlighting his perceptions of the achievements of the previous year.
