Post-Execution Ratification of Contracts: The Board ratified all contracts currently pending on the post-execution ratification list from 3/1/2022 - 3/31/2022 with a Revenue total of $74,890.00 and Expense total of $1,549,489.18.

Easyvote Solutions: The Board approved the contract with Easyvote Solutions to modernize the process by which candidates for elected office file campaign finance reports for $20,000. This online system will reduce the number of steps and hours that staff currently spend on processing reports. The system will also increase transparency by making all reports visible online.

Ottawa County Parks and Recreation 2021 Annual Report: The Board received for information the Ottawa County Parks and Recreation 2021 Annual Report.

Ottawa County 20th Circuit and Probate Courts 2021 Annual Report: The Board received for information the Ottawa County 20th Circuit and Probate Courts 2021 Annual Report.

County Administrator's Employment Agreement: The Board voted to approve the County Administrator’s Employment Agreement between the County and Interim County Administrator John Shay. The agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the County Administrator's job duties and compensation.
